It has been an exciting few months for The Bear’s Paw team. Following their triumph during November’s Marketing Cheshire Annual Awards, to scoop ‘Guest Accommodation of the Year’, they were further rewarded with the news of becoming a finalist in the prestigious Visit England Awards.

Attending the glittering awards ceremony were senior kitchen members; Mark Brooks, Matt Castelli and Scott Cunningham, Executive Head Chef- Paul Prescott and Company director- Andrew Nelson, chosen to represent the popular Cheshire Inn who were again nominated within the ‘Guest Accommodation of the Year’ category. The Bear’s Paw battled it out against some dazzling opponents, only to be pipped at the post and walk away with the ‘highly commended’ position, plus a shiny new certificate to adorn the increasingly crowded Bear’s Paw wall space.
